When engaging with the world wide web there have been many 'AHA' moments aswell as challenging moments. Below are a list of 2 of my 'AHA' moments and, 2 challenging moments in regards to EDFD459 that I have experienced within the last few weeks.

'AHA' moments:

1. Collaborating on Google Docs with peers:

WOW! I have never truly understood the power of google docs until this moment. Google Docs is a simple way to communicate with one another, share information and can be accessed on any device. There is no doubt I will be using Google Docs within my future classroom!

2. Co-creating a rubric with peers using Wiki Spaces:

At first, I was not convinced that this would work, however overtime the rubric came together and we were able to make sense of what will be required of us within our assessment task. I have not had experience with Wiki Spaces up until this task, but do believe it is a great way to create you own online 'classroom' to collaborate with peers.

Challenging moments:

1. Attempting to keep up with reading everyone's posts:

This was a struggle at times, however I have found a way to overcome this. I simply skim through each post and highlight the important/useful ideas presented rather than reading word for word. This saves plenty of time however, still allows me to view everyone's posts.

2. Discovering the many different ways people learn:

When engaging in online learning, I discovered that many people do not understand the same things I do and vice versa. I am now aware that each individual interprets tasks in very different ways.
